A thoughtfully planned neighbourhood and tourist destination on Paskapoo Slopes, right next to Canada Olympic Park.
An Update from Trinity Hills
There’s been a lot going on at the Trinity Hills development adjacent to Canada Olympic Park – in the new neighbourhood of Medicine Hill. Trinity is committed to the continued development of the community of Medicine Hill as an industry leading mixed-use neighbourhood. Trinity has invested over $400 million in the community and they expect to invest an additional $1 billion in the years to come as the community nears completion.
Since the project began, we have seen:
Also underway are luxury apartment rentals by Trinity in the Town Centre, with similar for adults 55+ being built by the Nautical Lands Group, and townhomes by Metropia centered in the residential village.
Trinity has applied to the City of Calgary for amendments to the Canada Olympic Park and Adjacent Lands Area Structure Plan (ASP).
We’re making this application with the primary goal of increasing the opportunity for residential uses within the community while reducing retail and commercial, all within the traffic capacity of the new interchanges and the existing road network. The proposed changes refine policies and provide flexibility to enhance the development of the lands all while ensuring there is alignment with the high quality mixed-use vision for the neighbourhood.
Community Engagement Program:
We are actively working to engage with the community to provide our stakeholders with a summary of the proposed amendments to the ASP, arrange on-line COVID-friendly meetings and solicit your feedback.
You can find a copy of the proposal here.
Here’s what you can expect for timing and process:
We will look forward to connecting with you and your organization in a communication forum that you will be comfortable with during these sensitive times. If you have questions about the process outlined above or the ASP amendments, please reach out.
