Welcome to Trinity Hills

A thoughtfully planned neighbourhood and tourist destination on Paskapoo Slopes, right next to Canada Olympic Park.

Hello Calgary

An Update from Trinity Hills

Fall 2020

There’s been a lot going on at the Trinity Hills development adjacent to Canada Olympic Park – in the new neighbourhood of Medicine Hill. Trinity is committed to the continued development of the community of Medicine Hill as an industry leading mixed-use neighbourhood. Trinity has invested over $400 million in the community and they expect to invest an additional $1 billion in the years to come as the community nears completion.

Since the project began, we have seen:

  • The completion of the Sarcee Trail/Trans Canada interchange,
  • The construction of the Bowfort Road/Trans Canada interchange,
  • The installation of servicing,
  • The dedication of the 165 acre natural park to the City of Calgary on December 31, 2016,
  • The construction of a main boulevard roadway Na’a Drive throughout this new community, and
  • The addition of new tenants, with staged openings, such as Save On Foods opening in November 2020 and MEC, Good Life Fitness and Petland all opening in the Spring of 2021.

Also underway are luxury apartment rentals by Trinity in the Town Centre, with similar for adults 55+ being built by the Nautical Lands Group, and townhomes by Metropia centered in the residential village.

What’s Next?

With increased demand for residential in the City’s west end, Trinity plans to apply to the City of Calgary for amendments to the Canada Olympic Park and Adjacent Lands Area Structure Plan (ASP). The proposed amendments will reduce retail and office uses in favour of adding residential uses, all the while ensuring there is continued alignment with overall vision for the community.
